You can subscribe to regular deliveries and save 10% every time on the following Burgess products:
- All Burgess Sensitive dog food
- Selected Burgess Excel rabbit and guinea pig nuggets
- All Burgess Excel tasty feeding hay
On the product page, you’ll see an option to either complete a one-time purchase at full price, or to subscribe and save 10%.
It’s easy to subscribe and save on our website! Simply:
- Choose your pet’s favourite Burgess Sensitive or Burgess Excel product
- Select the subscribe & save 10% option
- Decide how often you’d like your food delivered
- Head to the checkout and complete as normal
- Sit back and relax as your delivery arrives at your door!
As standard, we offer either weekly or monthly subscription deliveries. However, if you would like a plan that fits you and your pet, please just get in touch with our consumer care team below who can create a delivery frequency that works for you.
A: You can make changes to your subscription through your account on the Burgess Pet Care website. You will receive a friendly reminder 3 days before your renewal is due. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed we cannot offer a refund or cancel your order.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £25 to UK mainland addresses. This also includes all Burgess Sensitive 2kg products, and Burgess Excel Adult Rabbit Nuggets with Mint 10kg. For more information on delivery, please see our FAQs page.
